Company - Is the company that you are logging into CriticalControl.com to obtain reports, chart images or other reporting. The company name will remain consistent for all applications that you may wish to access on the CriticalControl website. This is not a case-sensitive piece of information.
User Name - the user name identifies you as a valid user in each of the applications based on the company name entered. The user name may be different for each application you are logging into.. The CriticalControl administrator(s) can set your user name to be the same for all three applications to simplify the login process. Please contact your support team at the numbers listed on the CriticalControl website for assistance with updating your log-ins.
Password - the password validates you as a valid user of the website based on the user name and company entered. In NetFlow and ProTrend, administrators can grant you permission to update your own password so you are able to maintain a single Company, User Name and Password for your CriticalControl login. In ProChart, your password is controlled by the administrator and can be matched with your NetFlow and/or ProTrend password at your request.
1. The company name, user name and password were typed in correctly but ENTER was pressed. Do not press ENTER. Instead, enter your login information and select the application you wish to access.
2. The incorrect company name, user name or password was typed. Please check your log-ins and remember that passwords are generally case sensitive.
3. You have clicked on the wrong application. For chart data click on ProStream, for EFM data click on NetFlow, for validated pipecard data click on PipeWatch and for gas sampling data click on ProTrend.
